Qualifications:

• Specialized in Real Estate Sales
• Fluent in German, Russian, or Polish (At least one is compulsory)
• Strong persuasion skills and a disciplined work ethic
• Friendly, articulate, and excellent communication skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Results-oriented, goal-driven, and confident in success
• Strong team player, stable, and passionate
• Experience in real estate sales
• Candidates with fluency in German, Russian, or Polish, along with Turkish or English, will be given priority

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with real estate agencies
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Welcoming clients and real estate agents to the office with a friendly demeanor and conducting face-to-face meetings
• Providing sales-oriented support to customers requesting information via phone
• Guiding customers on property tours
• Maintaining effective communication with customers throughout and after the sales process
• Analyzing customer needs and financial capacity to offer appropriate solutions
• Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgage options, and legal requirements
• Keeping customer records updated and organized
