Position: Customer Manager

Position Overview: The Company Customer Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing support for their trading activities. This role involves assisting clients with queries related to forex trading, market analysis, platform usage, and account management.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
2. Must be fluent in English
3. Preferably female
4. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. An employee must be proficient with computers.
