Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, professional, and results-driven Human Resources (HR) Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture. Resolve conflicts and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Performance Management: Assist with the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate and implement training programs to support employee growth and skill development. Promote ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and suggest improvements.
  • HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR metrics and reports for management to assess trends, performance, and needs.
  • Health & Safety: Support workplace health and safety initiatives 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
