Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online advertising efforts across various platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns that promote our clients' products and our services. This role requires a deep understanding of online advertising strategies, data analysis, and a passion for digital marketing.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Meta Ads Management:

 

Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.

Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.

Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, and report on ROI.

Google Ads Management:

 

Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, including search, display, and YouTube advertising.

Conduct keyword research and optimize ads for maximum visibility and conversion.

Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI.

Social Media Advertising:

 

Strategize and execute advertising campaigns across various social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Engage with the latest social media trends and technologies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad content.

Cross-Platform Strategy and Analytics:

 

Develop a cohesive digital advertising strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.

Utilize analytics tools to track performance across all platforms and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

Budget Management:

 

Manage the advertising budget and allocate funds strategically across platforms.

Provide regular financial reports and assessments of campaign effectiveness.

 

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Experience with SEO/SEM software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
