Miracle Cash &More is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming chats and emails
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
