Position overview

We are hiring Nominee Director who will be acting on behalf of the board of directors, this role is remote and full time in Cyprus. The Nominee Director will be responsible for registering companies and opening corporate accounts on behalf of the directors and any other duty that will be assigned from time to time. The Nominee Director will also be required to travel from time to time outside the country and will be required to have a valid passport document. NB This is not an executive position.

The candidate will be responsible for:

     Setting up companies and bank accounts for corporate clients

     Researching and identify new business opportunities in corporate and banking sector

     Seeking out the appropriate contact in an organization

     Meeting with new partners face to face or over the phone

     Providing assistance for troubleshooting with bank accounts, transfers and any banking related issues

     Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

     Seeking ways of improving the way the business operates

     Attending seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

     Keeping abreast of trends and changes in the business world
