International Student Recruitment Expert

We are looking to hire an International Student Recruitment Expert to join our International Student Recruitment team.

The primary focus of this role will be advancing our direct marketing operations to reach and recruit more students from the target markets and optimizing our marketing budget.

The successful candidate must have;

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields,
• At least 3 years of documentable international student recruitment experience in higher education,
• Previous experience in international higher education marketing, available tools, marketing budget management,
• Perfect command of English and command of a second language (Turkish, Arabic, French) is highly preferred,
• A comprehensive understanding of the current trends in student mobility and TRNC’s competitiveness,
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and leading skills,
• Dedication to leading Cyprus West University’s growth.

Please note that candidates without higher education marketing and recruitment experience will not be considered for this position. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position, therefore is not suitable for students.
