Agency Coordinator (International Student Recruitment)

We are seeking an “Agency Coordinator” to join our diverse and vibrant team.

Role Description:

The Agency Coordinator is the contact person for the agencies we are cooperating with globally. Responsibilities of the role include:

-Maintaining the relationships with the agents and guiding them with international student recruitment

-Encouraging agents to recruit more students for CWU, designing motivational campaigns for agencies

-Responding to written and verbal queries regarding the application process, visa applications, required documents, and travelling to TRNC

-Conducting periodic market studies and recruiting new agents for the university

-Presenting the university at local and international promotional events

-Analyzing and reporting the agent performances

-Supporting the relevant departments for exchange programs and international partnerships

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a student recruiter, international student support staff, recruitment agent, or agency coordinator

-Perfect command of the English language

-Proficiency in a second language (preferably French) is advantageous

-Perfect command of MS Office suite

-Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Analytical thinking, time management, and organizational skills

-Ability to travel for international promotion events when needed

-No military obligations for male candidates
