About the Job

We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager based in Cyprus to join us and support our operations. The role is a great opportunity for a hard-working and talented person to gain a real insight into the hospitality industry. If you're someone who possesses a genuine interest in field operations, technical teams coordination and problem-solving and you like to interact with internal and external customers across the business, then this role is for you!


  • Liaising with head office and prepare monthly/annual reports
  • Preparing and checking expenses daily basis
  • Acquisition, signing a contract entry level business development
  • Following daily operation and discrepancies
  • Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.(if needed)
  • Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency
  • Building professional relationships with staff and suppliers


Who You Are

  • Master's degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
  • 8 years or more experience in sales or business development
  • Fluent in the language in English
  • Exceptionally well-organized and driven by success
  • Outstanding negotiating skills
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Solid history of data-driven strategic development
  • A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
